Tuition Management

Secure Usernames enable parents to view charges and balances at any time and to update personal information. You have been assigned a username which should follow the “firstname.lastname” format (i.e. evelyn.oneill). In rare cases, your Username may be an email address.

  1. Tuition payments must be made through the STA Portal.
  2. Parents of new students must first enroll.
  3. Please note that when setting up your new tuition account, you will need to choose one of these payment plans:
      • Pay in Full (July 10) – payment plan fee is waived
      • Quarterly Plan (payments on the 10th of July, October, January and April) – $50 payment plan fee
      • Monthly Plan (payments on the 10th of July-April) – $50 payment plan fee
  4. Ancillary fees will be posted to your account throughout the school year, so it is important to review your account each month even if you pay in full in July.
  5. You can select a payment method that works best for you.
  6. You may choose to save your payment credentials in VC Pay (STA Portal’s electronic wallet-like payment system), which securely stores bank account, debit card, and credit card information to be used for payment of tuition and other fees.
  7. VC Pay can be used to automatically pay invoices when due to ensure you avoid late fees.
  8. Late fees are $30 per missed payment.

If you have any questions about Tuition Management or Student Billing, please reach out to Chris Newman, COFO or Amanda Matusek, Accounting Specialist at tuition@stteresasacdemy.org.

There’s an app for that! The STA app is a great way to stay informed and find answers to important questions.

All incoming freshmen are required to read “The Invention of Wings” by Sue Monk Kidd. Students will receive a copy during STArt Week. It can also be purchased by parents if they are not attending.

Most classes do not require any school supplies as most of the work will be done in the classroom and on the student’s school-issued laptop. Any supplies needed will be communicated the first week of school.
