Stock Gifts
Thank you for your gift of stock to St. Teresa’s Academy.
To transfer your stock electronically, please do the following:
1. Contact Kaylee Peile at kpeile@stteresasacademy.org or 816-501-0011
at St. Teresa’s Academy and indicate the stock name and # of shares you are transferring.
2. Contact your broker and give them the following STA account information:
- Reliance Trust Company / FIS Trust
- Participant #5409
- F/B/O Country Club Bank #74-2016-01-7
- F/C: 85 – St. Teresa’s Academy #45-1007-05-8
3. Once you’ve initiated the transfer with your broker, please let Kaylee know so she can alert the bank to watch for the stock to arrive. Our organization has been granted non-profit status under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service code. Accordingly, contributions made to this organization are deductible for federal income tax. Tax ID Number: 44-0668524
