STA Board of Directors approves strategic plan
June 2021
In spring 2021, STA faculty and staff finalized the Academy’s five-year strategic plan to provide guidance on the Academy’s relentless pursuit of excellence. The STA Board of Directors approved the plan in June 2021.
The plan prioritizes five pillars:
- High-quality academic excellence and vibrant student life
- Fidelity to our Catholic identity
- Partnerships with alumnae and community
- Diversity, equity and inclusion
- Sustainability of a vibrant academy
STA leadership and the board of directors have instituted a reporting and review process to support its implementation.
