On Domingo, Julio 13, The Kansas City Star named St. Teresa’s Academy “Kansas City’s Favorite High School” based on community-wide input – for the third year in a row!

At a ceremony held Marzo 9, 2023, in Goppert Gymnasium, the STA community honored the student and community recipients of the Mother Evelyn O’Neill Award. This award recognizes excellence in leadership, community service or educational reform.

STA is pleased to announce this year’s keynote speaker, Kim Warren, Ph.D. (’90). Dr. Warren was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from St. Teresa’s Academy in 1990.

Last week, freshmen students in Star Seminars spent time learning about the rich history of our founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph, and how their work and charism continues to influence us to this day.

Margaret Huff ('97) y Katie Swetala ('99) estaban agradecidas por las experiencias vividas en STA y querían retribuirlas de una forma única, que les permitiera interactuar con los estudiantes y tener un impacto directo.
