Gabrielle Staker (Gabby) was awarded the honor of 2019 Academy Woman. Three members of the class of 2019 were nominated, Gabby, Brooke Eldridge, and Jane Kincaid. After submitting reflections on their time at STA, members of the senior class, faculty, and staff voted to recognize Gabby with this esteemed tradition.
Head Soccer Coach Jeremy McElduff resigned, June 3, 2019 after a 17-year tenure with the program. McElduff joined the coaching staff in 2003 as an assistant and was promoted to head coach in 2011. While McElduff was on staff, the Stars compiled a 298-78-6 record, which included nine Missouri State High School Activities Association District Titles and five State Championships. As the head coach, McElduff compiled a 154-32-1 record, which resulted in back-to-back MSHSAA second place finishes in 2013-14, and back-to-back MSHSAA State Championships in 2015-16.
The St. Teresa's Academy lacrosse team will compete in the Missouri State Lacrosse Assocation State Tournament, May 18-25. The Stars will take on Lafayette in the first round, May 18 at 10 a.m. at Lafayette High School.

Nan Bone, President of St. Teresa’s Academy, was honored at the 2019 Generosity of Joseph Honors Gala on April 26, 2019, in St. Louis, MO. The Generosity of Joseph Honor Award is given by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Louis Province, to publicly acknowledge and celebrate those whose generosity positively influences and contributes to the betterment of society and encourages others by example to practice life-altering generosity.
