At St. Teresa’s Academy, you will put your innovative ideas and expertise to work to support the education and empowerment of young women. Embracing the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph and the values of the Catholic faith, you will work within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating your strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude. Your ability to pro-actively solve problems and communicate effectively will be valued.

The faculty and staff of St. Teresa’s Academy work together to educate young women to think critically; encourage them through Catholic values to serve others, including the underserved and excluded; and empower them to make a profound impact in the world. We approach education from a multicultural perspective, teaching our students the value of including diverse voices within and outside of our classrooms. STA values and embraces a racially, culturally, ethnically, geographically, and economically diverse student body and community. We want our students to actively engage in the wider world, inquire about the inequities they encounter and seek opportunities to build a more just society. Each student is challenged, encouraged, and supported to achieve her highest level of knowledge through the development of their communication skills, awareness, character, determination, and desire to pursue lifelong learning.

If you would like to join us in this work, we would welcome your application.
