Distinguished Alumna Nomination

Established in 2009, the St. Teresa’s Academy Distinguished Alumna Award formally recognizes an alumna who has positively and substantially influenced her profession(s), her community(s) or issues affecting society at large.

The following criteria/guidelines are utilized in reviewing and judging the nominations:

The nominee/candidate must be a graduate of St. Teresa’s Academy. Individuals nominating an alumna do not need to be a graduate of the Academy.
Candidates must be able to attend the award presentation during the October 7, 2023, Alumnae Reunion Celebration. Travel funds can be provided, if necessary.
Attach a three- to four-paragraph letter explaining why you are nominating your candidate for the 2023 Distinguished Alumna Award.
Nomination entries must be postmarked or submitted online by May 1, 2023.
