St. Teresa’s Academy is seeking a dedicated mathematics educator who is passionate about helping students become successful learners. This individual will work collaboratively with other members of the math department whose mission is to create a supportive and active learning environment where all young women are encouraged to think critically and creatively. Primary responsibilities include teaching dual credit College PreCalculus and College Statistics. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in mathematics as well as a master’s degree in mathematics or a master’s degree in education with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in mathematics. Former teaching experience with these courses is prefered. Openness to the integration of technology and project/inquiry-based learning models is also required.
