Distinguished Alumnae Award
2013 Criteria
Established in 2009, the St. Teresa's Academy Distinguished Alumnae Award formally recognizes an alumna who has positively and substantially influenced her profession(s), her community(s) or issues affecting society at large.
The following criteria/guidelines are utilized in reviewing and judging the nominations:
- The nominee/candidate must be a graduate of St. Teresa's Academy. Individuals nominating an alumna do not need to be a graduate of the Academy.
- Candidates must be able to attend the award presentation on Homecoming/Reunion night , October 5, 2013. Travel funds can be provided, if necessary.
- If you wish to include supporting documentation (newspaper articles, photos, resume, etc.), please attach it/them to the nomination form. All attachments will become the property of STA.
- Nomination entries must be postmarked or submitted online by May 1, 2013. Nominations cannot be accepted by fax.
